Wanted to help out others who suffer from flat feet or fallen arch's. If you have flat feet then you know the pain that can be associated with it. So the proper foot wear is pivotal. I can wear boost if I'm walking around casually. But if I'm training I definitely need something much more stable. These will be great for cross training. Another suggestion would be mizuno wave runners for long distance runs. Only downside alllllll of their shoes are terrible looking
