How to Install and Use Script in Illustrator In today's tutorial we're looking at how to install and use scripts in Illustrator. Illustrator supports the use of scripts which are created using JavaScript or perhaps even AppleScript or Visual Basic Script. There are scripts that are already installed in Illustrator and we're going to use one of these as our first step to seeing how we can work with scripts in Illustrator. There are only a handful of scripts that are installed with illustrator but they are plenty online.
