This video will show you how to change the date & time and a DSC Power Series Neo Full Message LCD Keypad (HS2LCD). In this video we're going to show you how to change the date and time on a DSC Power Series Security Alarm System and the new DSC Neo Security Alarm System. Rationale: At least twice per year you will need to change the clocks on your DSC security alarm monitoring system. This video will show you how to change the date and time on the DSC Power Series LCD Full Message Keypad and the DSC Neo LCD Full Message Keypad. For this video, we will use a DSC Neo wireless keypad, however the process and menus are exactly the same as the DSC Power Series Security System. Tools Needed: Access to the DSC Keypad System Master Code Procedure: (Disclaimer - Call our Monitoring Station if you have any questions prior to proceeding) Go to your DSC security keypad. When at your keypad, press the star button (*) followed by 6. Enter your system’s master code (If you do not know your system’s master code, call FMC’s Service Department). Use the arrow keys to scroll to the menu option that says “Time and Date” and press * Using the number keys, enter the time (in HH:MM format) and date (in MM:DD:YY format). The keypad will been to acknowledge the change. Press the # Key once to exit programming You’re all done!
