Patron Martin Boyce Recalls Stonewall Riots

In the early hours of June 28th 1969, gay patrons of the Stonewall Inn bar in Greenwich Village New York fought back for the first time against a police raid. The Stonewall Riots lasted for five nights. They are seen today as the catalyst for the growth of the global gay liberation movement.
