With support from the JPMorgan Chase Foundation, three Chicago CDFIs came together to revitalize communities, rehabilitate distressed properties, and provide affordable housing in low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. Community Investment Corporation, Chicago Community Loan Fund, and Neighborhood Lending Services discuss their collaboration and the impact of leveraging $41 million in private investment to redevelop almost 600 units of affordable housing.
