In this weeks video answering a question I was asked a few weeks ago, "how do i edit my video to the beat of a song using fcpx?" I'm showing you the two mains ways I edit video to music in Final Cut Pro X. It can be tricky trying get your cuts in time with music but it needn't be! Over the course of making films and editing I have found two way to edit video to music that work really well depending on the circumstances, and the footage you are cutting to music. I'll be showing you how to use solids in FCPX to easily cut video to music and also how chapter markers can be used to get your cuts in time with the music. Hopefully you'll find this useful!
