Guttenfelder's home town is Joplin Mo. and when the Tornado struck he was at home in California watching the news! He immediately began making preparations to fly back to Missouri to help in the aftermath of the storm. Brandon is a working Emergency Medical Technician who still carried a license to work in Missouri at the time. He wanted to go back and lend a hand! When Brandon returned from his trip he was asked to speak to his church about his experiences. Brandon wrote this song.
