Talking most coming struggles after a sleeve gastrectomy and how to deal with them. We're not talking complications, but those little things that often no-one tells you about.... Today we discussed: - eating out - telling people about your surgery - taking supplements - getting used to the eating habits - cooking smaller portions - dealing with throwing food out - the inital pain of the surgery - dealing with changes within the family Plus there was an extra special visit from our surgeon Steve towards the end! :) I've posted links to the other resources I mentioned in the comments below.
