submitted by Marvin's Underground Music Ondemand on 05/08/18 1

Hartmut Haenchen's high intellect and musical integrity have secured his place in the forefront of musical life. He is one of the most miscellaneous conductors in the world, who has made over 130 recordings with different orchestras, including several award-winning recordings (Diapason d'Or in 2011, GRAND PRIX DE LA CRITIQUE, PRIX DE L'EUROPE FRANCOPHONE). • This performance is one of the last performances of the Chamber Orchestra Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach to be published, as after 45 years, the orchestra will dissolve. With performances of outstanding soloists Thomas Dewald (winner of the International Belvedére Opera Singer Award Vienna), Anette Elster, Christine Schäfer, Ellen Schuring, Roman Trekel and Raphael Alpermann (Organ).
