Whilst there is a lot of talk about terror in Africa with corporate boots on the beaches in Somalia and shopping malls conveniently collapsing in Nairobi. Kenya is coming to terms with more than just the shock of explosions however - they have a radical new corporate 'constitution' and a brand new central bank. They do seem to be following the script for being included in the new world order but every new 'democracy' needs a few explosive shocks to stir-up the sleepy voters. It seems that whilst we hear a lot about Somali pirates, who's keeping an eye on the British ones? Did you know the word pirate is derived from the words - private mercenary? They would only be paid by the spoils of war and would be willing business partners to the crown.
