As you can see in the end of the video I have a major booty pump. I did 4sets of everything in the same exact order. Reps til failure. If you are alternating legs on an exercise make sure you do the same amount of reps on each leg. You are going to be half dead by the end of this workout if you do the proper weight and enough reps so be sure to have a post leg workout meal ready to eat within the hour after working out to refuel your muscles and get your strength back
