On Feb 8, 2011 I received a notice from Youtube informing me that two of my videos were taken down due to a DMCA copyright claim filed by Jacques Fresco and Roxanne Meadows. I immediately filed a counter claim based on the fair use provisions of U.S. copyright law under 17 U.S.C. section 107 Which specifically states that the fair use of a copyrighted work for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting and teaching is not an infringement of copyright.
