United States Marine Field McConnell has linked a centuries-old protection racket, apparently developed by Clive of India and alumni of the Eton Group of schools, to the disruption of crime scene investigations into the London Underground bombing. McConnell claims the disruption (CSI set at sixes and sevens) was an apparent attempt by Norman Inkster's Management Consultants at Skinners Hall to conceal the infiltration of Bombardier's Metronet Rail projects and the 7/7 morgue by saboteurs and extortionists hired by Eton Group alumni through the Foreign Fugitive File database held in the custody of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington since 1987. McConnell notes that Norman Inkster, former 18th Commissioner of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, played a key role in procuring the RCMP-VPD-9-1-1 mobile radio system from Macdonald Dettwiler and Associates, a derivative of which was allegedly used by Bombardier's Foreign Fugitives to jam 7/7 emergency communications systems and secure a spot-fixed body count for the bookie's spread bet.
