If you do, your at the mercy of the judge who is now the captain and the court is her ship and all captains on the high seas make their own laws on their own ships. This judge cannot allow Mr. Turtlegate to have his day in court or she would face serious consequences by thus setting the precedent. The burning of the library of congress (and many other libraries incidentally) and the war of 1812, was committed/engaged upon because the British knew that their status as 'legal barons" according to the 17th. amendment held no standing and where exempt from practicing true AMerican Constitutional Law, thus they burned everything hoping to destroy the one legitimate document that stated thus. For further eye opening understanding of the severity of what Mr. Turtlegate, and really....ALL of us are actually facing here is apparent by simply reading 'The Act of 1871' available on u-tube but please READ the document. If your a veteran, you need to take a deep and long breath after reading this document. Your not going to like what you see. It might not become apparent initially, but after you read it a couple a times, you will be driving down the freeway or chopping wood one day, and you will understand how this country was legally uncoupled and dismembered from the Constitution. No one...anywhere, even conservative talk shows will not as of yet, speak about this travesty. Its why POTUS is/has deemed veterans domestic terrorists.....we have taken the oath and seen our friends crippled and die for this oath, only to have these bastards take it away from us. Personally, I don't know if there is a peaceful way to deal with this because the population is just to damned dumbed down to get even this, but I sure hope it doesn't come down to anything nasty....but ya better be prepared just in case.
