The New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program’s impact on revitalizing communities has particular emphasis when it comes to Roxbury, a neighborhood just south of downtown Boston. Since 2004, over 10 projects have utilized NMTC to invest more than $100 million in Roxbury. Three projects in particular are focused on in this video: Hibernian Hall, Tropical Foods and Melnea Hotel.
