My inspiration for this piece came from the developing understanding of how much our bodies absorb, match, respond and is influenced by the presence of another body. This is one of the aspects in this piece.It is a mark of the beginning of my journey of understanding my body and an acknowledgement of how the body holds and stores deep emotion. Although there are deep rooted emotions that went into making this, I enjoyed adding theatrical element and humour to instigate laughter in my audience!!!!-(always learning to be more playful;). The Piece was originally created to music but due to technical problems on the day of the show was performed without it..for better or for worse.
