Chile Quake: It's not HAARP, It's Post-Glacial Rebound!
Post glacial rebound, aka glacial isostatic adjustment: this is an alternative explanation to why the ice caps are metling and islands are being flooded despite the fact that the climate has not been warming for the last 15 years. Radioactive particles from nuclear tests in teh 1950's have been settling on the ice caps, causing ice cto melt. This increased water weight presses on the ocean floor, causing it to sink, which is why islands are being flooded while coastlies are not. This also leads to earth being displaced, which causes earthquakes and volcanos.
