Super cheap and easy dinner that can be made with organic ingredients and no GMOs or MSG. .60 kg ground beef (1 1/2 lbs) 1 small onion, chopped 1 large handful chopped fresh parsley 1 large chopped garlic clove 2 dashes organic soy sauce 1/2 cup or more breadcrumbs or 1-2 slices stale bread 1 egg (The above mix will make enough for 4-5 people or you can make 2 dinners out of this. I made hamburgers one night and had enough for cabbage rolls on the second night, to feed 2 adults and a toddler.) 1 cabbage 1 cup water 2 1/2 T tomato paste 1/2 bouillon cube In Montreal near Guy metro area you can get organic tomato paste at PA and Concordia food co-op 'the People's Potato", where you can also get organic bouillon cubes. Breadcrumbs without junk ingredients available at Premiere Moisson on Sherbrooke opposite Simpson. Organic meat available at Atwater Market and by delivery from Du Coq a l'Ane (bulk purchases only)
