Yahoo News says the US supreme court issued a 'landmark decision'. What are they trying to do? Make it sound like it's a GOOD thing to suspend the constitution? I saw this in the news recently and it made me think of another case, back in 2003, where an appeals court ruled in favor of a corporation in a lawsuit, declaring that the corporation, FOX News had, under the 1st ammendment, a right to lie in its news reports and could sue employees who refuse to lie. And now just a few years later, by denying the case of Mr Windsor and appeal, the US Supreme court has given carte blanche to lower courts who disrespect constitutional rights. At least, they do when it is to the benefit of another corporation. It's one big corporate racket! There IS no justice. www.projectcensored.org/top-stories/articles/11-the-media-can-legally-lie/ news.yahoo.com/s/usnw/20110118/pl_usnw/CL31921_1
