The State of Texas is now mandating that all students receive meningitis vaccine within 5 years of starting college. There are many problems with this policiy and its effectiveness is highly questionable, as you will see. He showed them the evidence that fluoride is toxic and a hazard to human health AND he told them that, should they vote to put it in the water knowing these facts, they may be held criminally liable at some point down the road.
