There is evidence that the London riots were designed to happen and were instigated by provocateurs- but what purpose could this serve? Apparently, to bring 'order' out of chaos, the same way the riots in the Middle East were designed to do. Already, there are calls for tougher laws, more police, and even the 'help' of the military.
