Medieval Lizards, Reptilians from the Dark Ages and Serpents from the Middle Ages

In Carcassonne in the south of France I found these medieval wall decorations next to the castle, which I think might be reproductions of original paintings from the middle ages, and they show reptilians and lizards. I`m sorry for the bad quality footage, but it just started raining, and I didn`t want my camera to get wet.
