A diver swimming off the southern coast of Nusa Penida, Bali, came upon this tragic scene under the surface of the paradise. This manta ray was swimming in a bay polluted with plastic trash. These plastics trap deadly toxins that, when ingested, make their way up the food chain, even into our food supply. This problem is not specific to Bali.
