Bol kahvesi hazirlamanin puf noktasi agir ateste pisirmek ancak gunumuz ocaklarinda koz atesinde oldugu gibi yeterince agir ateste pisirmek mumkun olmuyor. Iste burada kahvenin suyunu mumkun oldugunca soguk tutmak bol kopuk alinmasini sagliyor
