Yuzu & Honey Preserve

Ingredients: - 100 g Yuzu Fruit - 100 g Honey Instructions: 1. Wash yuzu with water and thinly slice. Remove any seeds. 2. Place yuzu and honey in a mason jar. Add more honey until honey completely covers yuzu slices. 3. Close the lid and let it sit for about 2 days in the refrigerator. 4. Serve with toast or yogurt, or mix it with drinks.
