The CBC recently did a report on the Canadian Freemen-on-the-land that was nothing but a cheap hiht piece full of fearmongering and disinfo. As someone who knows a few Freemen personally, i'd really like to set the record straight. The Freemen are not some kind of nuts likely to break into violence. The only threat they pose to to Canada is in terms of how their refusal to be corporate slaves makes it hard for the government to go about their usual business of treating everyone like criminals and slaves.
