Spinal Patterns | Long Beach | 562-420-8884 | Emotional Conflict

Behavior will change from the standing position to the seated position. In most cases, people when they stand are backward in a curve, which really relates to a resistance heavy defensive spinal pattern. When they sit down, they go forward into a curve, which is an exhaustion pattern. So the standing pattern will indicate how a person deals with hurt, which means they withdraw from hurt. But when a person sits, they are going to personalize that hurt. So if someone is critical, a person in a forward curve will personalize that different than a person in a standing backward curve. And so it is so important to look at both of those positions and realize in emotional conflict we should stand and not sit because we won’t personalize it if we stand. We will actually take whatever is happening and we will internalize it and we will withdraw from it, so we will actually deny it. Call 562-420-8884 chiroman.com
