When I see a person with a backward spinal curvature, I often times will ask them what their purpose is. Their answer is usually always the same. They don’t have a clue as to what their purpose is. And so when I see that backward curve, I really want to coach them and encourage them to develop a purpose of love, meaning that they start their day with love, they go through their day in a loving energy and they end their day in a loving energy. And when fear is projected on to them, they meet that fear projection with love. Because when we meet it with love, it has no weight to become destructive. So it is very important that we understand these simple strategies and this one is vital: that we start our day with a love command, that we meet fear projection with a love command, and that we end our day with a love command.
