Are Americans about to be forced to take the Mark of the Beast? Does the bill really talk about RFID chips linked to your bank account? Does it mandate that you receive such a chip or be denied healthcare? There are these rumors floating around, so I read the parts of the bill that supposedly pertain to this and I have attempted here to break it down for you as sensibly and clearly as possible, so we can all understand this a bit better.
