After watching this 3 part series please comment on and share if you can. This TV series was played down and rolled over by TV press among others. Was Wayne Williams framed used as a scapegoat? Did the Federal Govt get involved early on in this case? Who would be overly concerned about the outcome of a deeper and more thorough investigation? Was the Atlanta Police Dept/Georgia Bureau I, hindered from performing a thorough investigation?
