Andy Griffith is Harry Broderick, owner of a scrap and salvage company, who has a goal of recovering all the Apollo program space "junk" on the moon. He and his team build a rocket out of spare parts and attempt to realize his dream. This is the pilot film - best available quality I could dig up from a VHS capture.
