Here's Boomer was an NBC TV show that aired between 1979 and 1982 in its first run, and then it repeated on the Disney Channel around 1986. Boomer was a stray Dog, and each week he would come to a new town and help someone with a problem in some way. In this episode, "Boomer And The Bucketeers" Boomer meets a young former basketball player named Robbie Johnson who now sits in a wheel chair. Boomer, with the help of Meadowlark Lemon, has to try to use his special magic to get Robbie to enjoy the game again. You'll notice the German titles in the introduction and at the end. That's because it's taken an international effort to bring any kind of Here's Boomer video in English to you. The episode was essentially recreated by taking video recorded in Germany, and the sound from a personal cassette tape from America and mixing them together. Boomer der Streuner means Boomer the Stray or strayer in English. This is in three parts, and I hope that you can stay for them all. If you didn't guess, Here's Boomer is my favorite TV show, I think it's the best ever, and there's nothing like it on TV today! The script for it is at this site: members.libcom.com/boomer/script.html
