Okay okay maybe they didn't out in out legalize pot in those states but they took the first steps for government to cash in on the lucrative pot trade inevitably taking more control over distribution. this in an avenue where Monsanto is already supplying much of the seedless "medical marijuana" distributed in America. Just because the gubers have decided to legalize marijuana doesn't mean it's a good thing.
