The first Year-End video up again this year, Welcome to the Year-End Charts Billboard's Hot 100 official Top 100 Songs of the Year 2017. www.billboard.com/charts/2017/year-end There is always a lot of controversy on what songs should be on at what spot, but it should be known I DIDN'T MAKE THIS LIST. I have to say it again, because I want everyone to know Billboard spends weeks gathering data to compose this list based on Hot 100 performance. So a song that is popular in November is likely not going to be as high charted as a song that peaked in March because odds are it spent more time in 2017 on the chart then the November song.
