All three movies have been condensed into one 135 minute video, which is actually shorter than any of the individual films. This is a straight-up cut, no deleted scenes have been added, and there is no major narrative change. FULL TITLE Star Wars, Episodes I-III: Fear, Anger, Hate (Fan edit of the Prequels trilogy) In anticipation of Episode VII, and since I've been keeping away from the internet to avoid spoilers, I had enough free time to make my amateurish edit of the prequels. The title "Fear, Anger, Hate" comes from a quote by Yoda: "Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering". The way I see it, each of these emotions represents a movie: - In Episode I, Anakin was afraid of losing his mother. - In Episode II, his disappointment of the system and his mother's death have made him angry. - In Episode III, his anger has turned to hate, which makes him fight everyone he loves. - This leads to all the suffering caused by Darth Vader in Episodes IV-VI. For these reasons I feel it is necessary to view Anakin's progression as a whole, which is why I've included a few scenes of the annoying child Anakin (sorry!). DETAILS The amount each movie represents in the edit is as follows: - The Phantom Menace: 10% - Attack of the Clones: 37% - Revenge of the Sith: 53% Jar Jar's lines have all been removed (of course!), but he is still visible in some scenes. Most of the romantic/creepy scenes between Anakin and Padme have been removed. Many of the scenes that have been kept are heavily edited. General Grievous is used as a MacGuffin: he is mentioned, but never seen. DISCLAIMER: I do not claim ownership of any part of this film, or any of the material used.
