After arriving into Phnom Penh and being disappointed, we didn't know what to expect of Sihanoukville. Would it be just as dirty and dangerous as PP? Sihanoukville was the complete opposite of what we were expecting. The beaches were amazing, and activities were endless. Charlie even took to the air on a Fly Board.
