Last night, Charlie Sheen made a surprise appearance at Elton John's annual Oscars viewing party, where he spoke to “Extra’s” Terri Seymour about his health. In November, Sheen revealed that he is HIV positive. When Terri asked how he was doing, Charlie responded, "Not bad for a sick guy. I feel great.”
