Actor Michael Weatherly is following up his 13-season run on “NCIS” with the new series “Bull.” Weatherly will star as Dr. Jason Bull, a character loosely based on Dr. Phil McGraw. He told “Extra’s” Renee Bargh, “It has been amazing to play a character who is all about human connection. He is about finding out why we do the things we do, but he is also about getting to the truth of something and the truth is in the heart.” Weatherly also dished on politics, the Olympics, and more.
