All 57 Local Government and Council Development Areas participate in a match-past and prize presentation ceremony of the grand finale of the annual event. The event enables the Lagos state government to assess developmental efforts at the grass root and how communities can contribute to the overall development of the state. This year’s theme, “community policing: a panacea for securing communities” focuses on how communities can collaborate with the state government to secure their environment.
