I DON'T OWN THIS SHOW. I just STARRED on it! Original Air Date Aug 26th 1996 ABOUT THE SHOW: Alonzo Sparks (James Avery (RIP)) is a lawyer who has a practice in Compton. His two sons Maxie and Greg join the practice. Maxie (Miguel A. Nunez Jr.) is basically an "ambulance chaser" who doesn't do things by the book. Greg (Terrance D. Howard) is the complete opposite but lacks self-confidence. Wilma Cuthbert (Robin Givens) is an attractive lawyer who joins the practice and the boys battle over her. Darice Mayberry (Kym Whitley) is Alonzo's secretary and Lamarr Hicks (Arif S. Kinchen) is the firms errand boy.
