Tighten your belts, roll up your sleeves, it's time for the first ever Sustainable Bolivia Salteña-Eating Contest! On Thursday, the 19th of September, those who have the courage will attempt to consume as many of these delicious treats as possible within a half an hour, all for the sake of charity! Even if you've never had the opportunity to feast on a salteña yourself, please consider supporting your favorite participant by pledging to support them for every salteña they can eat. A pledge of $3, $5, or $10 per salteña will go a long way, and with your support, and more than one impending stomachache, we can continue raising support for the projects that matter most for Sustainable Bolivia and our partners here in Cochabamba.
