Nevertheless (I'm In Love With You) (Kalmar-Ruby) by Ray Anthony & his Orchestra, vocal by Ronnie Deauville & The Skyliners (CD audio source) "Three Little Words," MGM's big-screen biopic of songwriters Bert Kalmar and Harry Ruby, successfully revived two of their best-known ballads: "Thinking Of You" from 1928 and "Nevertheless" from 1931 (check out the vintage Jack Denny version, also posted to this channel). Among the four posted 1950 recordings of the song that reached top-10 on Billboard's singles charts, both this Anthony and the Ralph Flanagan arrangements were swung in a Glenn Miller style.
