Patsy Cline - Walkin' After Midnight (1957) HQ

submitted by Marvin's Underground Music Ondemand on 01/03/18 1

There were MANY magical and lovely songs recorded by this legendary lady: the late, great country and pop singer Patsy Cline. "Walkin' After Midnight" is without doubt one of my favorites. This song scored high for the then-budding 24-year-old star, reaching #12 on Billboard's pop music chart and #2 on its country chart on March 16, 1957. There is no need to engage in any complex thought analysis about this popular tune: it is sweet, catchy, moody, and romantic. Here is one of the fabulous Patsy Cline's most memorable moments in retro history, "Walkin' After Midnight."
