Like many of my followers and subscribers knew, I had stopped posting lyric videos due to various personal issues as well as two copyright notifications on my channel. This month I posted three videos: "Nobody To Blame" by Chris Stapleton, "Dime Store Cowgirl" by Kacey Musgraves and "Cold Beer Conversation" by George Strait. Apparently these videos are getting a lot of views, way more than I expected: I guess country music fans are appreciating traditional country music again and they want it to be popular. On the other hand, country radio is totally ignoring traditional country music in favor of bro country garbage (like Jason Aldean, Florida Georgia Line and Chase Rice) and it really sets me off. When an ignored and unpromoted song like "Jim & Jack & Hank" by Alan Jackson has 1.700.000 views on youtube (without any radio support and without an official music video) and the overplayed, overpromoted "Let Me See Ya Girl" by country music buffoon Cole Swindell has 2.500.000 views, it makes me think that country radio is not listening to the fans and they're only (over)playing the same music upon payment by labels. So the reason why i posted these videos is to see how many views they will get from fans, from people who want the quality country music they used to love to be played again on the radio. Country Radio is corrupted, and it's destroying country music. #boycottCountryRadio Thank you to anyone who watched and enjoyed this video, you're the reason why I keep doing what I do and fighting for this music to be back on the radio!
