Heart Nail Design In Red Nail Art: In this nail art video I paint classic red nails with dots and hearts design.. Perfect for Valentine's Day. First I apply base coat to protect my natural nails from hard discoloration, even it fixes the manicure. I paint my each nail red... let them dry. Grab a medium dotting tool and white nail polish and start to paint the heart and the dots. After getting dry, by a small tool put black smaller heart on the top of white one, and also smaller dots on the white dots. If you make mistake, you can fix it by a striping brush as I do in the video :) Finally finish the nail art with top coat, to protect it from peeling, and it keeps the manicure shiny and glossy.
