Modern / Contemporary floor work dance class by Lorenzo Koppenaal. Wrapping and unwrapping was the basis of this class. Moving in circular pathways/ streamlines with twists and curves. Developing stamina, flow and softness in and out of the floor. Every exercise was connected with the Laban movement analysis approach, such as: head-tail connection, upper-lower connectivity and cross-lateral movements.
