Jeffrey's Job is a Dream Come True

Jeffrey, 29, has a developmental disability. He originally developed social skills at the YAI Networks Brooklyn Heights Day Services program. YAIs Employment Initiatives program helped him sharpen these skills and learn others for the workplace. Now, less than three months after starting his first job at Heartland Brewery , he no longer needs assistance from his job coach who comes once a week to visit. He continues to gain confidence in his job every day.
