Thaipusam 2017 Singapore. (Part 1 of 2 - Chariots) Devotees and friends preparing their Chariots at Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple for the 4.5 km walk to Sri Thendayuthapani Temple on Tank Road. Playing of musical instruments is banned. Music is played along the route by the organisers. Too much regulations and enforcement has taken out the colour of Thaipusam.
