Practice #2- We will be exploring the different sections of muscles within the Yoni, helping you to achieve mastery of manipulation. This sequence is great to start your day or as an evening practice. 1-2 times per day on a consistent basis is enough to begin to tone and strengthen the pelvic floor. Take a break during your period. You will need a Yoni egg and a blanket or yoga mat to spread on the floor.
