In this video I go over how to hold your racket. A lot of you guys are still holding your racket incorrectly. I know a lot of you are new and it's definitely tough to learn a new sport, but try your best to adapt to this grip for your forehand! Despite the fact that we go over how to hold your racket during practice, we still see some of you reverting back to incorrect grip. It will be awkward, and uncomfortable with this new grip, but try your hardest to implement it into your game. This will save you a lot of trouble down the road. Would you rather do 100 crappy push ups that amount to nothing, or 1 perfect push up with good form? It's up to you to choose!
